Privacy policy
Draft policy, not yet final.
- Your photos and videos are private by default. Only you can see them, unless you choose to make a video public.
- A public video page shows only the video, its template name and a Report button. It never shows your email, name or photo. Making it private again removes the link for good, and deleting the video or your account removes it too.
- You can delete any video at any time, or delete your account and all associated data in one click.
- The photo you upload is deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Your videos stay until you delete them or your account.
- Photos containing people are not accepted and are not processed.
- We use your email only for sign-in, receipts and the renewal reminders described in the terms.
- We never sell your photos or videos, and we do not use them to promote our service without asking you.
- To stop repeated sign-up credits, after you delete your account we keep only a keyed one-way hash of your email for up to 24 months. It cannot be turned back into your email.
- We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots when you start a free preview, sign in or claim your sign-up credits. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that check. If someone reports a public video we store a salted one-way hash of the reporter's IP address to limit abuse.
- We record which link, site or page a visit came from (UTM tags, the referring site's domain and the landing page) together with your account and your videos, and pass it to Stripe with a purchase. We use no cookies and no ad trackers for this; page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless.
