• Failed generations never cost credits. If a video fails, any credits used are returned automatically.
• Sign-up credits are a free grant of 12 credits, enough to make one 5-second HD video or keep two 5-second previews. They are added once per person, when you confirm your email, and expire 90 days after they are added.
• Free previews and sign-up credits are limited by a daily free budget. On a busy day they can be unavailable until 00:00 UTC; credits you bought are never affected.
• Your videos are private by default and can be deleted for free at any time. You can choose to make a video public with a link; it is reviewed before it is listed in the gallery or search, you can make it private again whenever you like, and anyone can report a public video.
• "Keep this one" gives you the exact preview you saw, without the watermark, at preview quality. It is not generated again, so it is not an HD video. It costs half the credits of an HD video of the same length and is charged once per video. Credits spent on it follow the same rules as any finished video below. A new HD take is a separate, fresh generation, so its details will differ from the preview.
• We do not sell unlimited plans. Every plan includes a clear number of credits.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled with one click, and we email you 7 days before each renewal.
• Credits not used within 7 days of purchase can be refunded.
• Failed videos are refunded automatically. Credits spent on a finished video are not refundable, but if a video has a clear defect (it is not your pet, or the video is broken), contact support and we will return the credits.
• AI results vary between runs and can be imperfect. Sample videos on this site are real results, picked from several runs; yours will differ.
• Videos carry a visible AI-generated label and AI metadata.
• We only work with pet photos. Photos containing people's faces are rejected.
